At TuhamWorld CC, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted for our services and digital products.

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Services (Website Development, Website Management, Consultancy, Website to App Conversion)

  • Custom services are non-refundable once work has started, as time and resources are invested in your project.
  • If you cancel before we begin work, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
  • If the project is delivered according to the agreed scope, but you change your mind, no refund will be issued.
  • If we cannot deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, we will offer either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A credit towards another service.

2. Digital Products (WooCommerce Store)

  • All digital product sales are final due to the nature of downloadable files.
  • Refunds will only be granted if:
    • The file is defective or corrupted and cannot be fixed.
    • You contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind after download.
    • You purchased the product by mistake.
    • You no longer need the product.
    • Inability to operate or install the product due to a lack of technical knowledge.

3. International Clients

  • Refunds for international payments will be issued in the same currency you paid, minus any currency conversion or payment gateway fees.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Your full name and order number.
  2. The reason for your refund request.
  3. Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors for digital products).

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
